What a perfect night it was and the setting could not have been any better as the Rahall Estate was turned into a Halloween spooktacular.  An excellent selection of donated props really set the mood and the scenery was enhanced by the Spanish moss that was easy pickings from the Oaks that grace this beautiful property.  The National Guard allowed us to use their large tents and a haunted path with three scary houses were crafted and haunted by some very creative folks.  There were also crafts for the younger kids, a costume contest and a great selection of food and drinks.  170 attendees took in the spooky atmosphere as well as the beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay.  There was also a wide variety of very creative costumes!  We wish to thank Sam Rahall for allowing us access to his estate and the National Guard and J & L Ice for their generosity.  A large amount of effort went into the party and we wish to thank the following folks who made this great event possible: Charlie & Christy Phillips, Sean, Jennifer & Nova Nyitray, Mark & Patti Ewin, Julie & Derek Reardon, Alex Rollar, Leesha Rushing, Blake Swovland, Maggie Nelson, Ray & Gia Ockuly, Rick Janka, Tim Stevenson, Larry Sawyer, Joan Sowick, Chuck Goes, Doug Hazelman, Jack Maynard, Jim & Evelyn Hill, Edie Creter, Tom Ando, Mike Milvain, Tracey Milvain and the kind neighbors who loaned their tables, chairs and props.  If you missed the party this year, we hope to haunt you on Saturday  October 25th for the 2014 Halloween Party.  View Slideshow
